Terms and Conditions for Driviy by AMBARIKH ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED

Welcome to Driviy, a service provided by AMBARIKH ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application Driviy (“App”) and website (“Website”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Driviy App or Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

4. Use of Our Services
4.1 Service Description Driviy provides a platform that connects users with drivers for transportation services. We act as an intermediary between you and the drivers.
4.2 Booking a Ride You can book a ride through the Driviy App by entering your pickup and drop-off locations and selecting the desired vehicle type. You will receive a confirmation with the ride details.
4.3 Payments You agree to pay the fare for the ride, which will be displayed in the App before confirming your booking. Payment can be made through the App using the provided payment methods.
4.4 Cancellation Policy You may cancel your ride within a specified time frame as outlined in the App. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the cancellation policy.
5. Driver and Vehicle Standards
5.1 Driver Requirements All drivers providing services through Driviy are required to undergo background checks and meet our standards for safety and professionalism.
5.2 Vehicle Standards Vehicles used for providing services through Driviy must meet our safety and quality standards, including regular maintenance and inspections.
